On 06 November 2024, TÜBİTAK 1507 Project Evaluation Study was successfully carried out within İzelmak Makine AŞ. In this study, Dr. from Adnan Menderes University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Lecturer Member Mustafa Timur and Dr. The project titled “Machine Learning Supported Feed Mixing System”, carried out by Fatma Hacıoğlu, was discussed.
The project aims to strengthen the machinery and technology infrastructure of feed mixing systems. Additionally, this project focuses on how artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies can be used to increase the efficiency of feed mixing systems. In this way, it is aimed to develop more efficient and sustainable solutions in the agriculture and livestock sectors.
The preliminary evaluation of this project, prepared within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1507 Program, was made by referees who are experts in their field. During the evaluation process, Assoc. Dr. Kadir Sabancı (Karamanoglu Mehmetbey University, Faculty of Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering) and Prof. Dr. Habib Kocabiyik (Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Faculty of Agriculture, Agricultural Machinery and Technologies) took part.
This project aims to contribute to the strengthening of innovation and technology-oriented research as a good example of university-industry cooperation.
