Göksel Yimez and his brother Yüksel Yimez, who are livestock breeders in the Çiftlik village of Aydın, are dairy and meat breeders on their family farm with 70 animals. Mr. Yüksel emphasizes the importance of feed mixing machines by saying, “Feeding the animals the same way every day is very effective in productivity.” The farm, which initially used an 8 m³ horizontal double screw machine, chose to purchase a larger Izelmak machine as the number of animals increased. “We wanted to use the right machine in terms of healthier ration and homogeneity,” said Mr. Yüksel. They mix the feed by running the machines once a day for 30 minutes. Mr. Göksel states that every part of Izelmak is produced by them and that they can easily access spare parts in case of malfunction. While the animals eat their feed with appetite, the peaceful atmosphere on the farm attracts attention. Mr. Yüksel said, “I cannot even imagine a farm without feed mix. “I’m glad Izelmak exists,” he says, expressing his satisfaction. Izelmak continues to play an important role in the success of the farms.
